The appointment of Kristopher on this team follows record growth within the vehicle loading ramps sector of Link’s business over several consecutive years. Link’s commitment to growth and success is demonstrated through the dedicated service provided by their sales team, particularly through the prioritized focus on customer relationships. Kristopher’s new role is an emphasis on achieved sales growth through customer acquisition, as well as to ensure increased, consistent customer support across all North American Regions.
Throughout his five years at Link as a Customer Service Specialist, Kristopher has demonstrated a deep understanding of developing and nurturing relationships and partnerships. In his new position, Kristopher will be responsible for calling customers, maintaining and expanding relationships, and providing education on Link’s range of Aluminum Loading Ramps.
Kristopher will focus on broadening the Link Ramp and Specialty Product Network within the Northeastern United States and Canadian territories. He joins Senior Account Manager Lynn Blake, who will maintain all other regions within North America.
