The Raydan acquisition further expands Link’s participation in the heavy-duty truck and trailer markets

EDMONTON, Alberta, Canada (February 15, 2012) — Link Suspensions of Canada, LP. affiliated with Link Manufacturing, Ltd. has completed its acquisition of the assets of Raydan Manufacturing Inc. of Nisku, Alberta, Canada. As part of the arrangement, on February 13, 2012, Raydan Manufacturing Inc. changed its name and will continue to provide engineering, manufacturing, and customer support in affiliation with Link Mfg, Ltd..

Established in 1992, Raydan exported its innovative, high-quality products to end-users and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the heavy-haul, crane, oil field service, refuse, fire/rescue, military industries around the world. The Raydan acquisition further expands Link’s participation in the heavy-duty truck and trailer markets, along with other commercial and vocational vehicles as a component supplier to OEMs and the aftermarket. Link Canada will continue to develop and produce three patented, proprietary products: Air Link - Walking Beam Suspension; Easy Slider - Sliding Kingpin System; and SWB Twin Steer - for tandem steer applications.
