I had a 20K Link axle that I put over 2 million miles on, and mine was the fourth truck! Now I have a 13.5K self-steer, and it steers great, even with up to 12,000 pounds on the axle. Since I remove my pusher in the off-season when my loads are lighter, the mounting brackets are a huge time-saver. I can remove the Link axle in under 25 minutes by myself – with no hoist.
Any anxiety I had in dealing with "another manufacturer" was washed away with my experience with Link®. I interact with upwards of 50 different specialized manufacturers, and Link Mfg. has the best customer service regardless of product. No emails needed, quick to the point calls with fast follow ups, technical advice that only comes from "the ground up” years of experience with the product. And best of all – Fixed right the first time. I would also like to add that this UltraRide suspension was originally added at Wheeled Coach and now has 110,000 miles, 15,000 hours of use and there are no hard parts that are worn to the point of replacing. This is one solid suspension system.

Link’s greatest value was that they determined the root cause of the problem, and developed and supported the installation of the solution. Other suspension providers offered air suspensions or walking beam suspensions, but the combination of the two suspensions that Air Link® provides was what we needed.
